Cathy Mussert has 15 years’ experience in stakeholder engagement and corporate communication in government and the private sector, with specialities in transport and infrastructure. Before moving to Australia, she was External Engagement Director for Network Rail in the UK, leading the strategic communications, public affairs, government relations and community engagement functions. She has worked at the highest levels of the UK Government, providing strategic communications advice for the Deputy Prime Minister and the Department for Business, Innovation and Skills. Prior to her work in government, Cathy was Head of Public Affairs at Heathrow Airport. She is an expert in stakeholder management, community engagement, and reputation and issues management.

Chris Snewin has over 20 years’ experience in public policy, community relations and stakeholder engagement in the private, public sector and non-government sectors. He has expertise in developing, delivering and evaluating a wide range of stakeholder engagement, consultation and communication plans using a number of different engagement tools. Chris has gained extensive knowledge in a number of fields including Indigenous policy, aged care, telecommunications and construction. Having worked in a number of high profile projects such as the nbn rollout, The Royal Commission into Institutional Response to Child Sexual Abuse and the WestConnex Rozelle Interchange project, Chris has proven abilities to proactively identify, manage and resolve conflicts and issues in sensitive political and community environments.

He excels in all aspects of project design and delivery, from setting the strategic approach and implementing community engagement programs to negotiating with individual stakeholders, and one on one negotiation, particularly with high impact and difficult issues. David has delivered communications and engagement programs for complex projects, such as the development of a plan of management for Western Sydney Parkland and their plans to develop business hub leases within the Parklands. He has a proven track record working on projects with multiple stakeholder issues, including an LEP amendment and planning proposal for City of Ryde and a new bridge across Homebush Bay.

Donna's extensive experience and expert knowledge has been developed from working in the fields of housing, community services, aging and disability, telecommunications and consumer product organisations. Her recent clients include Grocon, University of NSW, Penrith Council, Evolve Housing, Land and Housing Corporation and the Royal Institute of Deaf and Blind Children.

Ian’s career is based in a rich background in senior public policy roles, along with hands-on experience in ambitious practical reforms. With high profile clients such as American Express, UTS and IBM, he has the experience to deal with ‘tricky issues’ through strong leadership and strategic communication skills. Ian currently chairs community liaison groups for clients including Barangaroo, Orica, and NSW Ports. He has recently played a key role in facilitating a number of Council workshops for the Office of Local Government’s Fit for the Future program.
