She specialises in developing customised communications and engagement strategies and is passionate about developing creative communications programmes. She loves out-of-the-box ideas; but ensures close alignment to business goals.

Over 12 years, Mohana has delivered communications and stakeholder engagement programmes as an in-house Communications Consultant for large global organisations, a team leader with leading PR agencies and a Senior Communications Advisor to the government and not-for-profits. An experienced and skilled writer, Mohana is adept at communicating complex information in simple language and in different tones of voice across various platforms such as traditional and social media.

Reputation management, communications strategy, crisis communication and issues management, media training, brand building, advocacy, content creation and marketing communications are her key areas of expertise.

He has an ability to engage internally and externally to identify and manage issues and provide strategic advice to ensure the smooth delivery of projects. Nathan utilises traditional and digital communications platforms to successfully implement strategies aimed at keeping communities, stakeholders and employees informed.

Nicole Andrews is a talented communication and community relations practitioner with over twelve years’ experience. Nicole has successfully delivered projects for a broad range of clients across private and non-private sectors. She has the ability to communicate effectively with a broad range of stakeholders at all levels, in complex and high pressure environments. Nicole has extensive experience managing community engagement, developing project collateral, resolving complex stakeholder issues, and providing an effective interface to residents and business operators. She has a keen understanding of how to engage with communities, complex stakeholder groups and the media to achieve successful project outcomes. She has superior writing skills and is accomplished in designing and delivering digital media campaigns

Oliver is a highly motivated and dedicated public affairs professional with over four years of experience in the political and consultancy sectors. With an MPhil in Development Studies from the University of Cambridge Oliver presents excellent skills in research and analysis. His knowledge in public and political relations as well as his expertise in various forms of communication contribute to his attention to detail when forming communication strategy. From the political origins of his career Oliver shows a talent for generating new and successful relationships with a number of stakeholders as well as a preference for clear and open communication to generate success. His experiences as Associate Director for UK’s leading communications consultancy; Snapdragon Consulting, has demonstrated his unique skills in cultivating new relationships with external stakeholders.

Olivia is an experienced communications consultant with a passion for strategic communications, public relations and stakeholder and community engagement.

Her expertise includes strategy development, events coordination, project report writing and the analysis of data sets from consultations and surveys.

Olivia has developed exceptional communication skills, a strong work ethic and the ability to collaborate with others effectively. She has been exposed to projects across many sectors including Transport, Construction and Urban Development. Olivia’s most recent client being Sydney Metro (West), Australia’s biggest public transport project.

Pamela has over 13 years of communications experience working in Government Infrastructure, Not for Profit, B2B and B2C private sectors. Pamela is an accomplished, results-oriented specialist with the ability to project manage and deliver on key aspects of the communications mix. With significant experience in marketing communications, Pamela is experienced in leading and implementing project plans, communication strategies and stakeholder campaign management. Pamela takes a thorough, well considered approach to communication challenges and thrives in dynamic professional environments. Pamela is tertiary qualified and is currently studying a Master of Business Administration (MBA) through Australian Institute of Business.

Rachael helps to identify marketing opportunities and initiatives to support KJA’s reputation as market-leader and deliver to our business development ambitions through successful, strategically-led proposals aligned to client needs.

Rachael has excellent communication skills and a wealth of experience in face to face engagement and customer service. She is a highly motivated and positive communicator with a genuinely engaging and optimistic outlook. Rachael is highly regarded by clients for her positive demeanour and can-do attitude. Her recent experience includes a frontline community engagement role for Land and Housing Corporation at the Telopea Master Planning Office.

Rachel has also been responsible for organising district dialogues for the Greater Sydney Commission. This task involved contacting attendees alongside facilitating the events.She is currently working closely with the Star, providing communications and engagement services to support the delivery of another world-class hotel in Sydney.

Suzy’s career has spanned across multiple sectors including private, not-for-profit, higher education and Government. Her most notable clients have included the Department of Planning and Environment, Committee for Economic Development of Australia (CEDA) and Transport for NSW. Her diverse experience across strategy, media, content creation, stakeholder engagement, policy and events allows her to understand key channels and the right tools for effective communications. Suzy enjoys high capacity and deadline driven environments, utilising her skills in leadership and teamwork to deliver best practice results. Tony leads the KJA business systems team. He has worked for more than 20 years in a variety of finance and administrative roles in Australia and New Zealand, in both the public and private sectors. Prior to joining KJA, Tony was a financial planning analyst for the Wellington City Council in New Zealand, responsible for preparation of financial statements relating to the Long Term Council Community and Annual Plans. Tony has also held senior roles with ISS Facility Services in both Sydney and Brisbane. With significant experience in conducting both financial and operational business audits, Tony's skills support KJA's client delivery.

Troy is a Social Performance and Stakeholder Engagement Specialist. He has extensive experience in social performance and relationship management for high dollar-value projects, international corporations, industry, indigenous groups, government and non-government organisations. He delivers innovative solutions focused on optimising the benefits and mitigating the negative impacts of the mining, oil and gas, energy, infrastructure, tourism and agricultural sectors. He has a deep understanding of the social, cultural and economic drivers, opportunities and issues relating to development across company, country and community contexts.

As a freelance graphic designer at a commercial printing company, Zac was exposed to a variety of clients, materials, techniques and equipment. Zac has a background in illustration making his work innovative and creative. He has worked with a number of major Government clients since joining KJA including the University of Sydney, NSW Land & Housing and Water NSW. Zac is flexible and responsive and provides ad-hoc support to staff and clients with rapid turnaround times. At KJA, Zac regularly develops engaging reports and collateral for key stakeholders and the broader public, cleverly navigating the confines of government agency style guides and producing high quality work.
