2018 was a big year for the KJA family, not least because of the announcement in November that KJA had been acquired by ERM.

This has added tremendous value to KJA’s offering and capability, providing KJA with the opportunity for geographical expansion and the scale to support our growth ambitions.

Following the big announcement, we got down to the business of integration, with Natalie Boyd, our Executive Director-Practice, flying to New Orleans, USA, to participate in ERM’s annual New Partner Integration Conference. Natalie was warmly welcomed into the ERM fold and enjoyed the opportunity to network with 70 new colleagues from across the world.

Back in Sydney, David Snashall and Antonella Seminara of ERM conducted induction sessions for KJA staff; an excellent opportunity for KJA staffers to get to know ERM as a company and how ERM will add value to the work that we do.

KJA Melbourne has started supporting ERM with stakeholder mapping on a large solar energy project. The two teams also developed a couple of joint proposals, kick-starting our journey of collaboration and fuelling team spirit.

It’s thrilling to see the companies coming together in a positive fashion and collaborative work kick starting immediately. We’re all working closely with ERM to maximise the synergies of our specialist teams and continue to deliver great outcomes for our clients.
