Our Approach

KJA starts with the end goal. We define the project's desired outcome, and develop communications, consultation and issues management strategies to deliver that goal.

KJA aims to negate problems before they occur. Our issues management approach identifies and manages potential risks before they can impact the project.

We collaborate. We work closely with our clients, their stakeholders and the community on every project.

We analyse. Starting each project with a thorough analysis of risks, issues and stakeholders allows us to plan a comprehensive communications strategy covering the life of the project.

We focus. Each project is assigned to a KJA communications project manager, who provides a dedicated focus.

We deliver. At KJA, when we commit to a task or a deadline, you know the commitment will be met.
